WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be assisting with a variety of office duties.
- Post online to various social media pages such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Onboard new clients
- Help clients with questions
- Assist with the set up of internal tasks
- Gather data for the 1099’s
- Assist with running errands as needed (Bank, pick up office supplies, etc.)
- Copy and scan documents
- Assist with accounting functions down the road as needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accounting skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Experience with social media, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. preferred
- Accounting, tax, bookkeeping experience preferred
- Must live in Wisconsin
