WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls to conduct marketing research by gathering demographics and promote the services of the hospitals and doctors.

  • Gather/update customer demographic information
  • Document customer contact for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Maintain monthly metrics

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Clerical and/or CNA experience considered
  • Recent graduate with no on the job experience but a relevant degree considered
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • MSWD, Excel and typing skills
  • Outlook experience is a plus
