WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls to conduct marketing research by gathering demographics and promote the services of the hospitals and doctors.
- Gather/update customer demographic information
- Document customer contact for tracking and reporting purposes
- Maintain monthly metrics
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Clerical and/or CNA experience considered
- Recent graduate with no on the job experience but a relevant degree considered
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- MSWD, Excel and typing skills
- Outlook experience is a plus
