WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer the phones, respond to e-mails, make policy changes, research claim filings, and make warm calls to existing clients for upselling opportunities.
- Send out mailings
- Data entry
- File paperwork
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry – if you are seeking full-time employment
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience – if you are seeking part-time employment
- Property and Casualty License
- Comfortable with MSWD
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic
- Detailed oriented
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Part-time hours, Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $12.00 – $20.00 / hr.
