Our client is a salvage yard that has been in business since 1950.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working the counter alongside two other people taking incoming calls, selling the companies services, educating and trying to get customers a better deal than other companies within the same industry.
- Follow up on past quotes
- Make customer satisfaction calls
- Greet walk-in traffic
- Write thank you letters
- Look up parts, inventory and order them for customers
- Cash and credit card handling
- Enter data
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 + years of a customer service, sales or office type background
- Someone who has automobile knowledge is highly preferred
- Experience answering phones is preferred
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software /programs quickly
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Self-starter, motivated and friendly
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team player and flexible to assist however as needed
- Strong multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong work ethic
Hours: Full-time hours Monday – Saturday between 8:00am – 5:00pm, contact us for details
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Inside Sales Representative position: $18.00 – $20.00 / hr. – based on experience
