WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be making warm/cold calls and sending e-mails to businesses about the various products or services they have to offer.
- Take the information and document the call
- Send out via e-mail information to someone who wants more information on their products or services
- Pass along any leads that are interested to complete the sale to an account executive
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have some type of sales, lead generation or customer service experience where you had to make outbound calls to customers
- Must have experience working with a CRM system
- Highly prefer someone who is computer and technically savvy
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Goals orientated, driven, self-starter and motivated
- Must be able to work on a computer all day and like talking on the phone
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to retain the information given
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong verbal, written and over the phone communication skills
- Team player
Hours: 25-30 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, contact us for details
Pay for the Inside Sales Representative position: $14.00 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
