WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Receptionist, you will answer phones and greet customers.
- Set appointments
- Put out reminder calls for appointments
- Take payments
- Any other clerical functions as needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have some office experience
- Experience with answering phones in the past or customer service experience is preferred
- Computer savvy with basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to do whatever needs to be done to help the office
- Great multi-tasking skills
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Pay for the Receptionist position: $10.00 / hr.
