As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the executive administrative assistant and assist the office as needed.

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for presentation
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare responses to correspondence
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
  • Prepare employee anniversary letters and attach gift cards
  • Attend meetings and record, compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Prepare agendas and manage schedules
  • Provide clerical support to executive management team members
  • Learn the executive administrative duties to fill-in as needed
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for administrative team
  • Back up to the receptionist as needed


  • 2-3+ years of administrative support experience
  • Must have experience supporting a management level position
  • Must have some legal experience and/or knowledge
  • Any experience working with financials is a plus
  • Basic skillset in MSWD, Outlook and intermediate in Excel
  • Any knowledge of Access is a plus
  • Positive, motivated energetic and driven
  • Strong phone skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must feel comfortable receiving constructive criticism
  • Team player and flexible to help others as needed
  • Career oriented and strong work ethic


Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $15.00 – $17.00 / hr. – based on experience
