WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will take care of orders and distribute product to customers.
- Verify orders
- Maintain accurate records for each transaction
- Record transactions in an online inventory management system
- May be responsible for accepting deliveries from warehouse or other destinations as needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Experience tracking inventory is preferred
- Computer savvy
- Friendly, personable and love working and helping children
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Must be very organized
- Ability to work well independently
- Must take direction well and run with it
