WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Insurance Account Executive, you will go out and meet with clients to sell them on group health insurance and benefits.
- Collect data and educate the client on why they should work with you
- Manage all your accounts and also prospect new accounts
- Ask for referrals from your clients
- The majority of this position will be working remotely except when you need to travel to client appointments in Oshkosh, Appleton, and Kaukauna or go into the office in New Holstein
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have a health insurance license
- 2-3+ years experience in group benefits and insurance
- Knowledge in self insured, self funded and level funded
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Experience working in a customer service based role in the past
- Computer savvy and know how to use a computer and be efficient with it
- Basic MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Must enjoy working with people
- Ability to take initiative, be a self- starter and pro-active
- Organized and detailed orientated
- Good follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor with clients, prospects, companies and plan administrators
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Must live in Wisconsin
