WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you will sit at desk behind the front counter and answer a multi-line phone system and return customer calls as needed.
- Greet customers walking in
- Assist customers with whatever is needed to include looking up prices, checking product availability, select products that best fit their needs, etc.
- Make tickets using the company specific software when customers purchase items and page necessary individuals in the yard to notify them that items need to be prepared for pick up
- Help with cleaning duties such as keeping desk and front counter clean, sweeping behind desk, etc.
- Help with updating samples and product displays
- Assist with any other duties or administrative projects as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 year of previous customer service or office experience
- Must have strong math skills
- Ability to stand for at least 50% of the day
- Ability to lift up to 20-25 pounds approximately 5-10 times per day
- Must have the ability to lift up to 45-50 pounds on occasion
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Tech savvy with the ability to pick up quickly on company specific software
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions
- Strong multi-tasking skills and be very organized
- Customer service focused and sales motivated
- Sense of urgency
- Good written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and have effective decision making and problem solving skills
- Must be a team player and very reliable

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay for the Customer Service / Sales Representative position: $14.00 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
