WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Account Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide behind the scenes support to the Personal Lines Department as well as research carrier websites, products and coverages.

  • Handle requests including changes, bank calls, payments, ID cards, binders, certificates, research, student discounts, uploading of documents, etc.
  • Back up the front desk duties

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative assistant/office support experience
  • P&C license will be required at some point
  • Computer savvy
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Prioritize well as situations change & comfortable with change

Hours: 40 hours between 8:00am-5:00pm

Length: Temporary-to-Hire
