WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Account Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide behind the scenes support to the Personal Lines Department as well as research carrier websites, products and coverages.
- Handle requests including changes, bank calls, payments, ID cards, binders, certificates, research, student discounts, uploading of documents, etc.
- Back up the front desk duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative assistant/office support experience
- P&C license will be required at some point
- Computer savvy
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Prioritize well as situations change & comfortable with change

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 40 hours between 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Account Executive Administrative Assistant position: $16.00-$19.00/hr. based on experience
