Our client is an auto dealership and body shop.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting / Administrative Assistant, you will provide accounting and administrative support to the Office Manager.
- Proof title transactions for vehicles
- Match credit card statements with receipts
- Enter invoices and payables
- Track and enter inventory into Excel
- Back up to the multiline system and greeting of customers
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounting, office/administrative assistant with very detailed tasks etc.
- Office experience to include either accounting, working with numbers or detailed data entry work or projects
- Any automotive experience is a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Any experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred and/or ideally some type of accounting software
- Friendly and team player
- Must be very detailed and focused
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a quick learner and not afraid to ask questions
