WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will process accounts payable.
- Process expense reimbursements
- Data entry of accounts receivable
- Handle cash deposits
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounting related experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable exposure
- Accounting degree is preferred
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong numbers, detail & research ability
- Self-starter who can work with people at all job levels
- Detailed, accurate and a quick learner
- Great work ethic and willing to take on a challenge

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:30am – 5:00pm
Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Accounting Assistant position: $17.00 – $20.00 / hr. – based on experience
