WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will process accounts payable.
- Process expense reimbursements
- Data entry of accounts receivable
- Cash deposits
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounting experience
- Will consider recent graduate with limited experience or office support role with exposure to payables and receivables
- Accounts payable and / or accounts receivable experience preferred
- Accounting degree is preferred
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

Length: Long-Term Temporary, possible Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Accounting Assistant position: $17.00-$25.00/hr. based on experience
