Are you an Accounting Assistant looking to set your work schedule? Are you an Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks experience?

Our client is a well-established, local employer.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Accounting Assistant, you will handle a combination of office and accounting function.

  • Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and billing
  • Enter credit card receipts
  • Assist with payroll
  • Manage transactions
  • Follow up with customers or vendors on bills or questions on invoices
  • Data entry and filing
  • Answer phones and greet walk in traffic (minimal traffic)
  • Support the owner and company

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Accounting / bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks, MSWD and Excel experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and focused

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 15-20 hours per week between 7:00am-5:00pm. Pick your schedule!

Length: Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire
