WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Assistant, you will enter invoices & data into spreadsheets as well as assist the Accounting department with a variety of duties.
- Scan and deposit checks
- Sort mail, scanning and filing
- Miscellaneous projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Data entry & office experience
- Scanning and accounts payable experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Excel skills and strong & accurate data entry skills
- ERP systems (Oracle) exposure preferred
- Work well independently or in a group
- Work well under pressure in a fast- paced environment
- Flexibility and time-management skills
- Team player

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Accounting Assistant position: $16.00-$17.00/hr. based on experience
