WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Associate, you will enter invoices for payment as well as handle account reconciliations and answer inquiries from vendors about payment statuses.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Analytical skills, heavy data entry and numbers type background
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
- Excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Quick learner
- Detailed
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Accounting Associate position: $20.00-$21.73/hr. based on experience
