WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Accounting Office Assistant, you will assist the Accounting department.

  • Process checks
  • Put checks in bathes
  • Validate data
  • Scan checks to be processed
  • Assist with projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Data entry, office or administrative support
  • Scanning experience ideal
  • Excel skills
  • Oracle or ERP experience preferred
  • Work well independently as well as with a group
  • Enjoy fast-paced very busy environment
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of integrity
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible and organized and able to work accurately
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, honest, efficient, courteous and personable

Hours: 8 hours per day between 7:00am – 5:00pm, will consider part time schedules
