WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Office Assistant, you will assist the Accounting department.
- Process checks
- Put checks in bathes
- Validate data
- Scan checks to be processed
- Assist with projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Data entry, office or administrative support
- Scanning experience ideal
- Excel skills
- Oracle or ERP experience preferred
- Work well independently as well as with a group
- Enjoy fast-paced very busy environment
- Demonstrate the highest degree of integrity
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible and organized and able to work accurately
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, honest, efficient, courteous and personable
- Friendly and have a go with the flow attitude

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8 hours per day between 7:00am – 5:00pm, will consider part time schedules
Length: Long Term Temporary, possible Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Accounting Office Assistant position: $15.50 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
