WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting Specialist, you will review, process & code vendor invoices as well as process expense reports and ensure compliance.
- Investigate of variances
- Reconcile vendor payment drafts with invoices
- Customer invoicing
- Additional projects and tasks as required
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounting experience & basic knowledge of accounting principals
- Will consider a recent graduate in Accounting
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- Computer/tech savvy
- Excel skills
- Detailed and accurate
- Problem solver and trouble shooter
- Strong prioritizing & multitasking skills

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary, possible Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Accounting Specialist position: $18.00-$23.00/hr. based on experience
