Our client is a leading distributor in their industry. They offer thousands of unique products and supply retailers with products from top publishers and manufacturers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be assisting with invoicing, matching up inventory with received invoices and entering invoices into the system.
- Process payments for 200 vendors daily volume varies
- Assist with anything else assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- At least 1 year of office experience
- Accounts payable experience is highly preferred
- Any accounting/finance experience is a huge plus
- Computer/tech savvy
- Excel skills
- Experience with Sage software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Strong multitasking skills
- Must be comfortable working with numbers
- Customer service focused
