WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will provide information to the corporate Controller and the Retail Consumer Sales team and make recommendations on the programs.
- Annually review the contracts
- Prepare and upload monthly accrual entries to the general ledger
- Maintain reports for retail consumer allowance accruals
- Oversee the accrual balances and reconcile monthly
- Prepare documentation for retail rebate chargebacks and resolution
- Ensure credit memos and payments are processed
- Monthly reporting of purchase data sent to manufacture representatives
- Research and process all customer submitted rebates
- Support accounts receivable by reconciling cash monthly
- Back up for invoicing
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance is highly preferred
- Would consider someone with 3+years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- Basic skillset in MSWD and advanced in Excel
- Strong and extremely accurate data entry skills
- Any experience with Oracle or a similar ERP program is strongly preferred
- Proactive and highly adaptable self-starter
- Friendly, personable and easygoing
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working with short deadlines and often changing priorities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Must be process driven with a desire for improvement and efficiency
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Must be able to work with highly confidential information

Pay for the Accounts Receivable Analyst position: $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 / yr. – based on experience
