Our client is a commercial land developer.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones and provide e-mail correspondence with tenants, lenders, brokers, investors and builders.
- Support project accounting efforts
- Assist with reviewing contracts, preparing timelines and managing calendar reminders
- Update project schedules, close binder status charts and execute lease summaries on a weekly basis
- Maintain accurate recording of executed documents of all projects within company file structure and create reports
- Coordinate events such as neighborhood meetings, open houses, etc.
- Complete new hire trainings for future new hires
- Maintain the filing system and contact lists
- Compile, print, organize and prepare documents for signature/notary/delivery
- Book travel arrangements
- Assist with any other duties as assigned such as ordering catering for meetings/lunches, dropping off mail at FedEx, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Any finance/accounting or software integration experience is a huge plus
- Basic skillset in MSWD and intermediate in Excel
- Any QuickBooks experience is a huge plus
- Must have the flexibility and willingness to adapt to a quick changing environment and priorities
- Professional, friendly and personable
- Excellent prioritizing and time-management skills in a deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire possibly Direct Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $19.23 – $24.04 / hr. – based on experience
