WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be serving as the first point of contact for the office
opening and distributing the mail.
- Keep the front office area clean and report any maintenance problems that cannot be solved by the office staff
- Assist with showing the halls for anyone who is interested in renting out their space and provide rental information
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for hospital’s patients as needed
- Process patient travel reimbursements as received
- Maintain documentation for the club, unit fundraisers and process fundraising monies received
- Track inventory, order supplies as needed and prepare quarterly inventory report
- Process purchase orders and requisition requests
- Maintain prepaid reservation list for meetings and dinners
- Prepare and issue proper meeting notices, agendas and other informational data to board of directors and membership
- Update membership data,print off reports of all members that have not yet paid their annual dues as well as prepare dues notice inserts and oversee mailing of the dues notices
- Print and prepare other various monthly reports
- Assist with any other administrative tasks such as other various mailings
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Computer/tech savvy with the ability to pick up on the company specific software
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Any intermediate/advanced knowledge within Excel is a plus
- Professional, welcoming and personable
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills amidst interruptions
- Must enjoy working with people and helping people
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $15.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
