WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones, assist with accounting functions and keep the office organized.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience
- Administrative / receptionist experience is preferred
- QuickBooks experience is preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Friendly, personable and easygoing team player
- Organized and detailed
