WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support primary to the customer service team, as well as support other teams as needed.

  • Order entry
  • Purchase orders
  • Send order acknowledgements to customers
  • Reports
  • Data entry
  • Complete and disperse paperwork
  • Scan documents

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3+ years of administrative / office assistant experience
  • Administrative support experience supporting a team ideal
  • Paper mill or manufacturing experience helpful
  • MSWD, Excel, Access and Outlook skills
  • Work independently but also as part of the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solver
  • Quick learner
  • Solid work ethic and work history

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Friday 7:00am-11:00am

Length: Temporary to Hire, possible Direct Hire

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
