WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Service department by scheduling appointments, answering phones and making calls to customers.
- Warranty work
- Cashiering and scanning
- Handle paperwork
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office/administrative support experience (a few years)
- Dealership experience a plus
- Associate degree a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Dealership software experience a plus
- Self-motivated, professional and personable
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills and detailed
- Team player and flexible to assist
