As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Service department by scheduling appointments, answering phones and making calls to customers.

  • Warranty work
  • Cashiering and scanning
  • Handle paperwork

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office/administrative support experience (a few years)
  • Dealership experience a plus
  • Associate degree a plus
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Dealership software experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, professional and personable

  • Organizational skills and detailed

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours between 7:00am-5:30pm
