Our client is a 4th generation, family owned company that specializes in commercial construction.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will greet visitors as well as assist employees and the Executive Assistant.
- Prepare and process invoices, letters, memos, emails and other correspondence
- Prepare/sort the mail and work with mail carriers/vendors
- Prepare reports, monitor inventory and order office supplies
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Projects
- Accounts payable
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of reception, administrative assistant and/or office support experience within a business setting
- Experience providing administrative support to leaders preferred
- Excel skills
- Microsoft Teams experience preferred
- Warm and welcoming
- Enthusiastic and a sense of urgency
- Work well independently
- Team player
