WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will enter different forms of data entry as well as track shipments via carrier websites.
- Invoicing
- Collections via phone and email
- Other support work
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience
- Computer/tech savvy and comfortable navigating the internet
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Self-starter to work with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and outstanding people/phone skills
- Quick learner, ask questions and open to new ideas
- Multitasking skills

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $17.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience
