WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will schedule hourly employees as well as take and enter time off requests.
- Enter data into the timekeeping system of employee hours
- Greet employees and assist with questions
- Assist with newsletters & correspondences
- Database entry
- Assist with “walk-in” interview days
- File/organize and assist with audits
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office/administrative support to include Excel spreadsheet reports & maintenance
- General HR support experience a plus
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Access experience a plus
- Experience using Kronos a plus
- Strong people skills
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Work well independently & ask questions as needed

Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm (40-42 hours per week)
Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $21.00-$24.00 based on experience
