WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting department managers with various administrative tasks.

  • Call vendors and schedule maintenance fixes
  • Order and keep track of office supplies
  • Assist with setting up desks for new hires and internal changes/moves
  • Assist with travel arrangements

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience in paper, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, skilled trade setting preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MSWD, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Computer savvy to learn company software
  • Self-starter, sharp and motivated
  • Identify and solve problems
  • Comfortable with speaking to all levels of the Customer Service team

Hours: 8:30am-2:30pm (some flexibility to start and end times)

Length: Temporary-to-Hire
