As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet visitors, distribute mail and respond to emails.

- Maintenance of records, office equipment, warranties and service contracts
- Manage calendar
- Attend meetings
- Provide support
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office, clerical and/or administrative support experience
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Microsoft Publisher and Google Docs experience preferred
- PowerPoint skills preferred
- Work well independently and self-motivated
- Passionate and caring
