Our client is a commercial printing company in the Fox Valley area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones & greet incoming guests as well as work with incoming mail and prepare job tickets for invoicing.

  • Run reports
  • Daily invoicing, filing and enter vendor invoices for payment
  • Work with internal teams to assure accurate billing
  • Match vendor invoices to PO’s
  • Prepare vendor invoices for payment by resolving any discrepancies
  • Match incoming checks to invoices

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Clerical, administrative support, office assistant or receptionist type experience
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience a plus
  • Customer service skills
  • Excel skills
  • Strong & accurate data entry skills
  • Dependable and friendly
  • Organized and detail oriented
