Our client is a commercial printing company in the Fox Valley area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones & greet incoming guests as well as work with incoming mail and prepare job tickets for invoicing.
- Run reports
- Daily invoicing, filing and enter vendor invoices for payment
- Work with internal teams to assure accurate billing
- Match vendor invoices to PO’s
- Prepare vendor invoices for payment by resolving any discrepancies
- Match incoming checks to invoices
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Clerical, administrative support, office assistant or receptionist type experience
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience a plus
- Customer service skills
- Excel skills
- Strong & accurate data entry skills
- Dependable and friendly
- Organized and detail oriented

Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $18.00-$22.00/hr. based on experience
