WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for customer invoicing and processing payments.

  • Cancel/credit and backup for general invoices
  • Run class reports
  • Training registration to include registering students, broadcasting emails and scheduling
  • Work with LMS for class completions and participant records
  • Email and phone support

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office / administrative assistant support experience
  • Accounting related experience preferred
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Database and learning management systems experience a plus
  • Strong technical ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to compose professional emails
  • Quick learner

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 25 hours per week between 8:00am-4:00pm (3-4 days per week)

Length: Temporary (may be considered for the permanent opening)

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $16.00-$21.00/hr. based on experience
