WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for customer invoicing and processing payments.
- Cancel/credit and backup for general invoices
- Run class reports
- Training registration to include registering students, broadcasting emails and scheduling
- Work with LMS for class completions and participant records
- Email and phone support
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office / administrative assistant support experience
- Accounting related experience preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Database and learning management systems experience a plus
- Strong technical ability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to compose professional emails
- Quick learner

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 25 hours per week between 8:00am-4:00pm (3-4 days per week)
Length: Temporary (may be considered for the permanent opening)
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $16.00-$21.00/hr. based on experience
