Our client specializes in providing the coordination and administration of association activities for unionized construction contractors.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the office by answering phones & directing calls as well as greeting walk-in traffic.
- Open and distribute mail
- File paperwork and making copies & packets for meetings and board meetings
- Meeting set-up/take-down
- Data entry / keeping the database up-to-date
- Work with licenses
- Put together binders and assist with large mailings
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of administrative / office support, reception, clerical experience
- Small business experience preferred
- Union experience a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Easy going, but also have energy and motivation
- Organized with processes, documentation and follow-through
- Professional
- Communications skill
- Able to adapt to all personalities

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 20-30 hours per week Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
