WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Wealth Manager and Relationship Manager teams.

  • Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors and prospects
  • Backup front desk in greeting clients/visitors
  • Open, transfer, and close customer accounts
  • Backup front desk in greeting clients/visitors
  • Process paperwork for clients
  • Database cleanup
  • Manage calendars and schedules/meetings
  • Prepare documents for meetings
  • Daily deposits of checks to bank
  • Drop off and pick up mail

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative experience
  • Financial planning experience helpful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • CRM database experience
  • Adobe PDF experience
  • Computer savvy
  • Drive and ambition to work in finance/investment industry and grow with the company
  • Organizational skills and able to prioritize
  • Fast-paced environment

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

Length: Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $15.87-$20.19/hr. based on experience
