WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage the calendar as well as schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, events and programs.
- Manage projects
- Manage human resources duties
- Keep office records
- Research, prioritize, follow up with incoming issues & correspondence
- Keep track of office supplies
- Handle and manage budgeting
- Handle webpage updates
- Other tasks assigned after you start
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative assistant or executive assistant experience (2+ years)
- Education field or non-profit experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Works well & enjoys meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking, prioritizing and organizational skills
