WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will update customers & team on status of orders via email and phone.

  • Send order acknowledgments
  • Order entry
  • Back-up to reception
  • Scan and file documents
  • Send bulk emails, possibly update social media & website

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office experience, with a variety of duties and some customer service related experience
  • Marketing or website experience a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Strong & accurate data entry skills
  • Sage experience a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Personable and strong people skills
  • Team player
