WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will update customers & team on status of orders via email and phone.
- Send order acknowledgments
- Order entry
- Back-up to reception
- Scan and file documents
- Send bulk emails, possibly update social media & website
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience, with a variety of duties and some customer service related experience
- Marketing or website experience a plus
- Computer savvy
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Strong & accurate data entry skills
- Sage experience a plus
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and strong people skills
- Team player

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Full-time hours, 7:30am-4:30pm preferred
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $17.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience
