Our client is an accounting and tax preparation firm in the Fox Valley area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer incoming calls as well as greet all clients and vendors.
- Process all paperwork of the firm
- Daily facilities management
- Filing
- Enter customer payments and bills
- Prepare spreadsheets for reports
- Maintain social media
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2-3+ years of administrative, reception or office support type experience
- Customer service experience
- Associate degree preferred
- Computer savvy and great accuracy
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Positive attitude
- Passionate about helping clients
- Positive attitude
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Show appreciation and gratitude of position

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, will work Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm during tax season. Contact us for additional details.

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
