Our client is an accounting and tax preparation firm in the Fox Valley area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will answer incoming calls as well as greet all clients and vendors.

  • Process all paperwork of the firm
  • Daily facilities management
  • Filing
  • Enter customer payments and bills
  • Prepare spreadsheets for reports
  • Maintain social media

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2-3+ years of administrative, reception or office support type experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Computer savvy and great accuracy
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Passionate about helping clients
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Show appreciation and gratitude of position
