Our client is an independent financial services firm in the Fox Valley area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will interact directly with clients, research & resolve questions as well as manage advisor schedules, answer phones and/or take messages.
- Onboard new clients and track all open items
- Manage applications
- Create and submit client paperwork, update account statements and facilitate money movements
- Assist with special projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3+ years of administrative and/or office support experience
- Financial planning and/or securities industry experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- CRM applications, portfolio management and document management software a plus
- Professional, friendly & patient
- Detailed and accurate
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills in a fast-paced environment
- Team player

Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $25.00-$32.00/hr. based on experience
