Are you an Administrative Assistant who has strong multitasking & prioritizing skills? Are you an Administrative Assistant who is looking for an opportunity within a team environment?

Our client is an independent financial services firm in the Fox Valley area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will interact directly with clients, research & resolve questions as well as manage advisor schedules, answer phones and/or take messages.

  • Onboard new clients and track all open items
  • Manage applications
  • Create and submit client paperwork, update account statements and facilitate money movements
  • Assist with special projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3+ years of administrative and/or office support experience
  • Financial planning and/or securities industry experience preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • CRM applications, portfolio management and document management software a plus
  • Professional, friendly & patient
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
