Our client specializes in water testing.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Clerk, you will answer calls, take messages direct incoming calls and make referrals.
- Greet and refer clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate staff meetings using an online calendar system
- Maintain confidential employee or departmental files
- Schedule maintenance of office equipment
- Compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
- Prepare sales orders and invoices for services rendered
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 6+ months office experience, administrative experience preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong logic and problem solving skills
- Plan, organize and work under minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Strong communicator
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Administrative Clerk position: $17.00/hr.
