Are you an Administrative Clerk who has strong multitasking and prioritizing skills? Are you an Administrative Clerk who is looking for an opportunity within a growing and well-established company in the Fox Valley area?

Our client specializes in water testing.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Clerk, you will answer calls, take messages direct incoming calls and make referrals.

  • Greet and refer clients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments
  • Coordinate staff meetings using an online calendar system
  • Maintain confidential employee or departmental files
  • Schedule maintenance of office equipment
  • Compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
  • Prepare sales orders and invoices for services rendered

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 6+ months office experience, administrative experience preferred
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong logic and problem solving skills
  • Plan, organize and work under minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
