WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative / Customer Service Representative, you will answer incoming calls and schedule services or sales opportunities.
- Greet customers as they enter the Showroom and assist them with products and questions
- Assist customers with questions regarding water testing and additional services available
- Mail and shipping services
- Scan and update customer information, filing and data entry
- Schedule inspection services and prepare necessary documents for the field staff
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of office/customer service experience
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Any experience with Sage or SAP is a huge plus
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Administrative / Customer Service Representative position: $17.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
