WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative / Deductions Specialist, you will pull invoices as well as ship documents, dispute deductions and work on multiple internal systems and customer portals.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office assistant, administrative support and/or data entry type backgrounds
- Accounting or credit experience a plus
- Excel skills
- Strong and accurate typing/data entry skills
- Organized, detailed and a quick learner
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm (schedule must be consistent everyday)
Pay for the Administrative / Deductions Specialist position: $16.00-$17.00/hr. based on experience
