WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Manager, you will work on various social media platforms to engage customers as well as monitor the accounts for the company.
- Be proactive to issues that come up as well as may create social media posts
- Communicate with multimedia communication channels when necessary
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bilingual in French & English
- Customer service experience where you have dealt one on one with customers
- Experience working with social media
- Content creative copywriting and editing experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Communications a plus
- MSWD & Excel skills
- PowerPoint experience preferred
- Strong problem solving skills
- Work well independently and be self-driven
- Remain composed & calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills and detail oriented

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 20 hours per week, open to schedules between 8:00am-10:00pm. Some weekend work may be required.

Pay for the Bilingual Customer Service Manager position: Based on experience
Location: Neenah, WI. Position is remote. Must live in Wisconsin.
