WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Manager, you will work on various social media platforms to engage customers as well as monitor the accounts for the company.

  • Be proactive to issues that come up as well as may create social media posts
  • Communicate with multimedia communication channels when necessary

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bilingual in French & English
  • Customer service experience where you have dealt one on one with customers
  • Experience working with social media
  • Content creative copywriting and editing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or Communications a plus
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • PowerPoint experience preferred
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Work well independently and be self-driven
  • Remain composed & calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and detail oriented
  • Wisconsin resident

Hours: 20 hours per week, open to schedules between 8:00am-10:00pm. Some weekend work may be required.
