WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Call Center Representative, you will answer phones and assist patients with questions.
- Verify patient address, phone number and insurance coverage
- Understand and communicate the financial policy to patients
- Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- 1 year of customer service experience over the phone is ideal
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must have Dentrix or Epic software experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Computer literate
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay for the Call Center Representative position: $14.00 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
