WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Consumer Loan Processor, you will produce loan documentation for all consumer loans to ensure compliance of government regulations and credit union policies.
- Process fund indirect dealer loans, verify supporting documentation and complete reports
- Answer internal and external member phone calls
- Answer e-mails and other correspondence
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Any consumer loan processing or previous financial institution experience is preferred
- Would consider other industry office support or administrative support experience (3-5 years of experience is preferred)
- Any knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus
- Basic skillset in MSWD, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Top notch written and verbal communication skills
