WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support to health media subscribers.
- Assist customers with questions regarding media products
- Schedule and complete product utilization training over the phone or by video meeting
- Maintain and update customer information and interactions in database
- Assist with the processing of customer information for production and distribution of printed materials, including program guides.
- Perform product/channel delivery verifications
- Assist with new customer on-boarding
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer support experience (ideally phone customer service experience)
- Data entry experience
- Critical care hospitals experience a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Typing skills
- Comfortable with computers and internet
- Outcome-focused, detail-oriented and very customer-focused
- Energetic, pleasant and friendly
- Organized, efficient and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Highly effective listener and able to analyze and find a solutions for the customer
- Quick navigation skills to find and provide information to customers in “real-time” manner, within an environment of live databases
- Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Hours: 20 hours (4 hour shifts) per week between 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Customer Care Support Specialist position: $23.00-$26.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Madison, WI. Remote position. Must be a Wisconsin Resident.
