WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer / Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members.
- Review services with members and potential members
- Work with members on loan details
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience within the financial industry
- Teller experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Computer savvy
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Accurate
- Outgoing/friendly
- Compassionate
- Communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and every third Saturday
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Customer / Member Service Representative position: $19.00 – $20.00 / hr.
