As a Customer Service / Administrative Assistant, you will answer phones and greet clients.
- Schedule client appointments
- Resolve technology issues

- Maintain office area
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative assistant experience
- Front desk receptionist experience preferred
- Financial services, tax prep or income tax experience preferred
- Degree preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- PowerPoint experience a plus
- Self-motivated and take initiative
- Professional, warm and inviting
- Excellent communication skills
