WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Client Experience Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for inbound calls, outbound calls, documentation and managing e-mail communication.
- Provide customer service and support to clients in regards to questions, issues, reports and systems
- Research and provide answers to all client inquiries
- Communicate with clients on all transactional matters
- Work with internal staff in various departments to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Stay informed of internal communication, ongoing training, education, events and networking to promote with community
- Provide client education on processes, systems, company resources and looping in education to support
- Complete supplier and customer invoicing approvals in accordance with the client’s account maintenance
- Coordinate backouts, credits, chargebacks and freight order entry/questions
- Manage a client’s unbilled orders and quality checks of business unit
- Complete necessary paperwork and corresponding forms
- Audit and verify all transactions on remittance
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-3 + years of customer service, billing, or accounting type experience working within an office type setting
- Business to business experience is preferred
- Anyone that has worked with accounts payable, billing/invoicing or other accounting functions is highly preferred
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred
- Computer savvy must be able to catch onto new programs/systems quickly
- Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Someone that has worked in Google Suite; Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc. is highly preferred
- Self-driven, self-sufficient and proactive
- Must be highly efficient and detail oriented
- Must have the willingness to accept coaching and feedback
- Must be adaptable and willing to learn new things
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:00am – 6:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Service / Client Experience Specialist position: $16.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – potential hybrid option available after training must live in or near Appleton, WI
