WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Front Office Agent, you will be working at the front desk for the hotel.
- Greet guests
- Check guests in and out for their stay
- Make and modify reservations
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist with concierge services
- Take care of all guest questions, accommodations and needs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience
- Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Tech savvy to learn new programs
- Professional in demeanor
- Ability to go above and beyond for customers
